The birds look interesting (is that really all tail?) but are not standing out well from the background to my eye. The detail on the twigs and leaves makes the shot feel very busy to me.
dull colors and noise from what I assume was a big crop. I like it. Makes it seem like an oil painting or a study for an oil painting. interesting diagonal on the bird tail. The simplification of color to mostly greens and browns makes the chaotic subject matter easier to look at. The birds just blend into the sticks of the background, meaning that really there is no subject. Just shapes and colors in a composition. I like that.
