I saw her, spoke to her and she pulled her hands out of nowhere. Had to take the picture. I tried really hard to get that little girl on the right to be on the frame too. It gives it an interesting touch to the photo...

I like the idea of your photo, but I wonder if you had cropped out everything but the woman's hands if you would've had a stronger photo. The people surrounding her are very distracting.
I'd almost prefer to see only the hands and arms of your subject, or perhaps adding those of the little girl as well. There is obviously a story here, but without more information the viewer is left confused. I feel like I'm looking at a snap-shot rather than an artistic piece.
