Light situation looks difficult here. Too much sun and shadow. Always nice to see things you never saw before. (I've never seen so much bamboo before). Think the main point of this challenge is that you go out of your car. Hope to cheat with my canoe the next time (weather permitting).
I might have exposed this just a little darker myself, but the color is wonderful, and I really want to walk across those little bridges over the water. You may have started something good with your bike ride.
I'd say bicycles count as a walkabout. The greens here are wonderfully soft yet rich. Pleased to see you found a hidden stream - it's a lovely location!
That is a hidden creek in that bamboo forest. Thanks for joining us on the walkabout, er pedalabout this month! Gets me thinking that I may need to modify the "rules" next time to permit any mode of foot-powered travel ... Could be a fun way to go.
