Post: Camera raw adjustments in PSElements 6.0. Convert to Jpeg. Crop. Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and Hue/saturation. Remove color cast. Sharpen. Crop again. Some clean up of catch lights in the eyes. Crop again. Resize. Sharpen.

This made me laugh... While looking at this photo, I have to take a position, a role, and considering the challenge, I think of myself as the police man. Well, the only place I've seen the mugshot genre is at the smoking gun, so... Now, I feel bad for arresting this guy.
