 Self Portrait, on-camera flash to imitate a mug shot. Black eye done with make-up, busted lip that way as well. Then using lightzone, I sharpened the eyes, Used the Black and white mask as Multiply, then used relight to get the dark effect.

Cropped too close...mug shots are taken 10 feet from the subject. Too contrasty as well.
