Commonly called a Julia, this butterfly is native to the Lesser Antilles islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique in the Carribean.
Image was rotated and cropped. It had selective color applied to better bring out yellow and lavender. Brightness/contrast was adjusted. Neat Image used to reduce background noise and a bit of USM applied as a final touch.

You did a great job focusing, because the wings are in focus and the petals are not the butterfly is the main subject even thought my eye is drawn to the petals of the flower first. Also, the pink shadows the orange nicely. Nice choice on the diagonal composition as well.
