Nicely composed, and I like that the fence you have chosen is nice and clean and bright. I think the image could use an overall increase in brightness, saturation, and contrast.

Time of day may have helped, too. I can see how too much sun might be too much for an image like this, with the white fence and all.
great depth and i have a soft spot for all white fencelines; i feel there's too much gravelled area but i can understand why you composed the way you did
