whilst cooking the sunday evening meal, cut an orange peper in half and held up to the sunlight and saw this shot. the wife wasn't very happy having to wait for her meal but could not distract me from taking this very unusual shot.
The mexican meal was good as well.

Seen that film where a guy gets shrunk and travels through someone's body? Can't remember what it's called but this really reminds me of it - excellent
One of the more clever "pepper" photos. I'm not completely nuts about the centered composition, but you get extra points for thinking outside of the box (or inside of the pepper, as it were...) My eyes wish for just a tiny bit more sharpness on those seeds, but I really like the effect of the backlight.
