I like this picture in black and white. Most pictures in this shoot are in color. I think this add variety. I like how the pollution on the ground blends in with it's surroundings.
Normally I'd say this image looks a bit flat but I think the lack of pop gives it a more grubby polluted edge.
My eye was drawn right to the sky rather than the foreground but short of cropping most the sky out I don't know how this could have been avoided. Incidentally when I did that with my hands I found the picture more interesting.
I think the forground is a liiittle too dark. I believe your subject is that tire, but there is not enough attention being drawn to it. Still a nice picture though.
Ah, the old tire in the bay trick. I wish there were no tree leaves on the right side, and something about the tone adjustments seems a little off to me. But then again what do I know? lol
I really wish you'd kept up the contrast or pushed up the levels because I nearly missed the tire. Since it's darker where the pollution is the attention just doesn't go there..
