Certainly blurry, chaotic and disorganised ... the colours all blend into one a little though ... I have no idea what the person has in their hands so that takes a little away, but not much
Hmmm.... seems to me your title is providing a hint to the subject of your photo. An interesting conglomeration though the line in front may be a bit strong and tends to pull the eye. The mesh texture of it is kinda cool.
