Zoomed in camera, basic editing in CS3, nothing unusual at all. A tad of rotation/cropping, a touch of hue/sat, some levels, clone out a hair (!), add gaussian blur, add noise, then resize and save for web.

I like the way the borders and edges have been lost to blur. The tv set is just another corridor. Is that a 'merkin flag in the foreground? Re: hair? Are you trying to triple your views ;-)
Overall, kind of uninteresting. The shot is very grainy and it appears to have a haze over it that added an unpleasant cast to the image. I like the foreground, though. Kind of wispy. Different lighting might have make it look even more ghost like.
