Maybe not enough "mess" on this one for the "blurry mess" challenge. I'll either get dinged for it not being blurry and messy enough, or it will do well because of it. Hard to tell. This will be a very interesting challenge.
Post-challenge notes:
Well, I didn't get any DNMC comments, and it placed respectably, so I think I hit the right balance of blur and recognizable comp.

Very nice shot, good color and texture. I probably would have used a tripod with the zoom blur to create straiter lines. The whole image reminds me of fire, I think the light might be a bit too clear. Still a great shot, good job.
