 Crop, saturation, resize, unsharp mask, border, channel mix (Red was increased, Blue upped green, green upped green), contrast.

It's blurry, but not too chaotic or disorganized so might suffer in voting, but the others that were more chaotic/disorganized IMHO weren't engaging/interesting.

Black frame seems right for this, and I like your choice to catch the fish coming and going out of the edges of the composition. I feel like I have my nose pressed right up against the glass. 10

The dark line in the background draws my eye around the photo a little bit, but other than that this doesn't engage my view for very long
