Looks like it would make a marvelous "clubhouse". Maybe composing the view from a slightly different angle, closer to the fence, or lower to the ground, would improve it a touch, but not sure.

This shot is very interesting, the building is tilting one way, and the fence the other way. The colors in the picture also pop out.

I wonder if this might be better in monochrome as the bright yellow flowers on the gorse wouldn't be so prominent then.

It is good you cropped out the horizon line it makes this picture look more natural, not just like you tilted your camera. The gate seems too bright though and i don't like how your subject is right in the middle. Moving oyu camera or getting at a diffent angle might have improved your image.
