I think the “tilt” is a bit over-done here (likely because the viewer is reading what’s written on the sign) and the car is distracting.

I like this picture a lot, and the black and white was a good choice. I just dont like the car with it, maybe letting it pass could have helped this shot

my eye wants to go straight to the car but my artistic mind wants to look down the bridge. Would have been better without the car. Nice shot otherwise.
