V nice simple image. I voted it down to a 5 as I didn't feel it met "silverware" although on second thought... it is something one uses to put things into ones body, though the photo does not scream silver except for the side of the tip. Worth exploring variations on the theme, IMHO.
Creative take, Keep thinking outside the box. Agree needs the point being in sharp focus with the drop in focus too.

I'm sorry I fail to see how this is relevent to this challenge. A needle is a long way from a spoon, fork, knife, or any other piece of silverware I know of. That being said the DoF is quite good.
