The high key type effect doesn't work for me here, appearing more as a result of poor exposure control than as a deliberate intention. It is a technique I haven't mastered, but must explore - and please don't let my comments put you off experimenting - some work, some don't, and some work for some people and not for others....

you've got an exposure issue. The highlights are completely blown out, in most than half of your photo.

left hand side is way too bright and overexposed for me
