I think you overdid the rotation. I know you connected it with the title, but when I look at the photo, I think "it's upside down" not "wow, cool perspective"

A good concept, well executed, I can't decide if the noise ('grain' in old speak) adds to the Out of Body feeling, or distracts from the image.

Colorful, but from an unusual angle. With so many things in the photo plus the angle, I don't know what you are trying to show
