I'm not sure what you did to light your model, but it makes the background look like a paper backdrop.(is it?) Also the horizon line in the BG appears to be tilted.

The colour of the sky and your use of flash is very good. An improvement could have been had I think by stepping back a bit to get all of her in and a straight horizon.
