Challenge: Reflections Without Mirrors (Classic Editing)
Camera: Nikon Coolpix 880
Location: Barrington, NH
Date: Sep 29, 2002
Aperture: 3.5
ISO: 100
Shutter: 1/121
Date Uploaded: Sep 29, 2002

Last day of the challenge, sipping coffee outside with my honey on our swing wondering if I'll find a shot in time for this reflection without mirrors challenge. Then suddenly I looked down and noticed the excellent reflection on the handle of his coffee mug. Ran and grabbed the camera...took about 6 shots, but still liked the 1st shot best. I love it when that happens.

Great photo, I love the colours, the shallow depth of field, and the evocation of morning light. The reflection sets up a little narrative in this photo. One of my 10s - lisae

Very creative place to find your reflection. Am I wrong, or is that the camera taking this photo on the right side of the handle? Yup, looks like one to me. I am often wrong and will gladly change your score, if needed, contact me. -1 for camera in shot. The rest is a pretty cool idea, although the subject's face didn't come through very well. 5, Sorry, Swash
