 This art piece is in Salzburg, Austria. Taken on a bitter cold night - so cold, that delusions let you see that the figure moved, and you said to yourself, 'but that's not possible'!

Bonus note: So cold, I must have been frozen, as this 1/2 second exposure was hand held. Wish I had my tripod, but the image still conveys the feeling.
