I love low light photography, and this is a fine example of it. The overall classy feel to the shot, with the almost unearthly glow from the highlights make it a memorable shot.
Oh Charlene - I so loved this during voting. It's horribly underrated. The way you captured this space, the B&W processing and the softness all make it very romantic and timeless. Great job.
This is the most beautiful shot I have seen in ages. As Jon pointed out, there is a nostalgic almost sad feel to it, like an old Bogart movie or a voyage on the Titanic. This may be your very best photo to date (IMHO of course).
Black and white absolutely MAKES this photo. If I can seen it in voting (I did not make it all the way through) it would have scored a 10.

A beautiful atmospheric shot which has a haunting/slightly sad quality to it. I love the black and white conversion you have used. The low key and slight noise works really well in this case
