Well there's a light in your eye that keeps shining
Like a star that can't wait for the night
I hate to think I've been blinded baby
Why can't I see you tonight?

I'll run in the rain till I'm breathless
When I'm breathless I'll run till I drop, hey
The thoughts of a fool's kind of careless
I'm just a fool waiting on the wrong block, oh yeah
Light of the love that I found...

Taken on a stormy night overlooking Bar Beach, in Newcastle, Australia. I've been trying for a while to capture a summer storm. This time, standing on the top of the hill with a metal tripod with lightning all around, i felt like the Fool...

Another lightning shot from the same night:

The lightning looks like someone's trying to lasso the clouds. Interesting image; lots to see.

Nice lightning pic, I love how the city lights give this a sense of scale.

Really nice capture of the lightening and surf. Would like to see the lights on the right toned down just a bit, but overall a very nice photo
