Wow - how come your planet is so much closer to the moon than mine??! I can see why this got asked for validation just because it's such a 'wow' shot. The composition is great but there's a couple of things that I think could improve this shot...the lighting on the tree is just a bit too strong...feels like a softer light would have been less harsh...the other thing is that the moon could be just a tad more contrasty. Two relatively nitpicky points but I think with a re-edit this could really be a jawdropper of a photo. Well done!
did you use two bracketed photos with different FOCUSes??? I like it, but something about the harsh contrast between the pine and the black sky keeps me from loving it.
moon looks awfully big...pretty cool...must be one of those block the lens for the 2nd half of the exposure deal..or maybe not...lol..anyway...pretty cool.. 7
