Her name is majestic, she is a blue and gold macaw, basically studio shot. Her foot is what is pushing her feathers up on her head, thats why the body looks a bit funny. Feels great to be in the Top 10.

My mother-in-law would absolutely LOVE this. She has a blue and gold macaw named Evin and treats it like a child. Evin has his own bedroom, a television, toys, you name it, Evin probably has it. lol.

In my opinion, this should have been number 1. Very clean cut, nice editing, great color. (Number one got it because it was a cute shot), photographically, yours is better.

I just voted tonight, and I am pretty sure when i was looking through the photos i would occasionally click backwards and accidently changed my vote to one.

Love the perspective and pose. Nice detail on the feathers and face; I love those few blue feathers sticking up behind her head. I might've cropped a little tighter on the bottom or not burnt as much; her body seems to end rather abruptly and unevenly.
