your colors look great and you used the same composition as the original. not so sure I like the texture of the cutting board, especially where it is highlighted at the bottom by your light. this is a hard shot to do, but maybe a deeper dof would help on the fruit and not so much water pooled around the bottom. I would love to see a reshoot - this is very close
bit to glazed I think, I saw this one and passed it by since the challenge had been orange without having oranges in the pic, but I won't fault you for that..... just looks slimy and unappealing, less glaze
