I didn't have much for today and was holding this one back from my portfolio for just such an occasion. It was an outtake for my Best of 2007, taken on the same day. So I don't really have a Slice of Life today, but this certainly was about six months ago. I could have taken the time to shoot something, but I want to answer lingering questions and do some commenting.

Wow - what a sky! And the reflections are beautiful. Another magnificent lighthouse shot, Ken. You should do a calender with the best of them - this being one.
You really managed to make the sky seem like it was on fire. Then it was topped off with the brilliant reflection of that golden yellow tone on the water.

I've got to try and find the time to have a go at this HDR. The images that you have put in this SC done with this process have been magnificent. This is just another one. Good job Ken. Love the fire in the sky!
beautiful ken .. that lighthouse sure gets a workout .. you've captured it in so many different ways .. different seasons and different times of the day .. it really is an excellent scene and you make it look so good .. love the light and drama with that amazing sky .. brilliant processing as usual .. :)
