I think this photo is glorious. It's like an advert for the new age that is coming upon us. I just wish Sara was in there too. In my opinion, the grain/noise really enhances the image. Most people go for a very smooth effect in processing sunsets. I guess they feel that smooth, tranquil, and hypnotizing the viewer all go together. The impressionist painters did not do smooth though and they were very successful.
Almost but not quite a great image. The dimensions are a little offputting and there seems to be quite a bit of noise (especially where the cloud filters into the skyline) still a nice image 6
Note that when you do not use all of the allowable file size- you give up alot in quality. Your pic is 102 kb (150 kb allowable). I would guess that that contributed to your grain. Colors are a bit off or over saturated, but peaceful none the less.
Looks like the colours were oversaturated, therefore introducing a lot of noise and artifacting. Nice colours, but this one just doesn't do it for me. Sorry.
very grainy, high iso, post processing, or intentional? if intentional it doesn't work for me. I'd have frammed it with a little more water showing too.
