It looks like he can just skate to work? That is cool! I wish I could skate to work. I would work to keep the horizon level. It will help this image. It apears that he is skating uphill.

looks like panning, so you go that going for it. looks somewhat tilted, but could be due to snow bank. the subject is not very exciting.
