Since the background is mostly brown, its hard to tell if its blurred or not, which is the objective of the shoot. If the background was darker it would help your eye focus on the subject.

Nice clear subject and great wheel motion. A slightly longer shutter might have given a stronger overall sense of motion, but it's clearly panning.

Really well done, perfect sharpness in just the right is make or break for panning shots, and I glad to say this is definately the former
