Nice and sharp, good blurred background and spinning wheels adds to the motion. The background is a little odd though, mostly burnt out white (which is ok) but then detail towards the top. Also the "horizon" cuts the subject which is not ideal and spoils the composition
The panning effect is too subtle for me. Try a longer shutter to accentuate the feeling of motion. The background is very bright. Consider a higher pov to cut out that sort of problem. Good sharpness on the car.
