I am not real fond of the angle in this shot. I think that a lower angle might have yielded a better result.

The angle you shot from creates a lot of texture. Good idea, someone moves you and you use them to get a shot.

Nice use of texture, it adds good contrast as does the contrast between the boy's skin and his shirt. Your subject needed to be more in focus.
