 Self portrait shot in my son's bedroom late afternoon using light from window. Pretty much straight from camera.

I'm assuming there will be a lot of macro shots so I thought I'd be different. I probably will get a lot of dnmc challenge as it really doesn't focus on the eyes so much. Probably get nailed for the shadow but I like it.


Awk....my first score in the 4's. I seem to be in a slump.

I'm sure it was intentional but, to me, the shadow across your model's face is really distracting. Otherwise, it's a great shot.

I don't think the shadow helps. More of a distraction, more like a flaw than a feature of the photograph.

I like the shawdow across the eye but find the weed in front to be too distracting.
