This is so funny! Great idea.

A tomato on the lens? Man, the lengths to which you will go... Icky and about as real-looking as I can believe - you should have gotten a better score, if only for the effort at verisimilitude. Honestly - the shot makes me queasy, wouldn't be hanging a copy of it on my wall anytime soon, but dang, I bow to your superior imagination and ingenuity. :)

Haha...wow...I hope thats not real. Looks painful.

definitely the most realistic of this take in the challenge.

The best from a bunch that had the same idea.

Looks like a still from a horror movie! Several shots of this concept in the challenge but this wins the "most gruesome" award :)

LMFAO! 7 JUST FOR DOIN IT!

Oh god. Amongst all those staged surgeon shots, this one's probably the most true to life one, and I'd say also the best. Gives me the creeps, but then, how often do I normally find myself staring out of a womb...

Now that's just gross. :) Unfortunately, others have done this same idea in this challenge much better.. Sorry.

oh ick!! Can't wait till I hear how you did this one! Make sure you put it in the description...ok?

OK so it took me a moment..... but ...... ohh that is just gross

That is so wrong! Pretty damn graphic -not bad, funny, and certainly a different take on the labour photos I have viewed so far.

OMG - is that the inside of a red pepper??! Took me more than a few seconds to work out what is going on here and I think you'll suffer at the hands of the voters for it. Strong image once it clicks though, just technically a bit weak even if you were going for a newborn's fuzzy vision.
