The framed sections under the bridge seem to make more of a picture for me than all that rather white sky which is distracting.

There seems to be a disconnect between the sky below the bridge, and above... above the bridge it seems very overexposed.

Can't figure out the shot, the over exposed sky does not match the lighting under the bridge.
