I think the overall lighting turned out well. The reflection in your eyes is really big; I'd prefer something more catchlight-sized. Your pupils also look miniscule which leads me to believe you were looking right at the light ... makes you look a wee bit possessed ;-)

Look into the light. Nice even lighting. I would also think you might be happier to show off your new toy, light, softbox. This is quite a detailed view of where you live.
