Juncos are so cute. I like your diagonal composition, very good. The bird doesn't seem quite in focus, looks like you may have focused on the branch instead of the bird.
Appears as though either the focus is off or the shutter speed was down a bit as the bird doesnt appear very sharp however the tree branch is a bit sharper.
Cute bird, but there seems to be a lack of detail here, and the contrast could use a bump up. I'll bet a quick tweak with curves would punch this up nicely.
I like the greys in this picture and small smattering of green leaves. His head does seem a little out of focus, or that could be my eyesight. Nice capture 8
