Not submitted really lately, struggled a bit with this one but here's the best of it. Kinda like the negative space idea but lacking something I can't quite put my finger on, (apart from a sharper lens).
Enjoyed getting out and going shooting though, been a while :)

Where there's one, there are always more. You could try putting him even further down and closer to the left side for an even more minimal approach. The texture of the water provides a good canvas for this.
