Colors are a little garish, to my eyes, and the image appears overexposed but I do like what you've done with post processing to make the background fence more pleasing. I really like the way the fence's pattern compliments the pattern in the bird's feathers. Also, good capture of the fierce gaze.
It's unfortunate that we can see the pattern of the fence in the background. Also, the feathers are lacking in detail from overexposure or too much contrast or a little of both. It's much too bright.
