 Shot this in a darkend room with light streaming through the slats in the window blinds and creating ribbons of light on the thin window covering.

Since there really wasn't much color to begin with I used Hue / Saturation adjustment layer to convert to B/W and applied unsharpen mask.

Interesting concept, and way to look at something ordinary and try to make it extraordinary. I have a couple thoughts about this though- first, it definately doesnt meet the architecture challenge idea IMHO. Second, i think that bumping the contrast up here would help alot. The way it looks right now is a little to muddy for me!

I am not sure I would classify this as architecture photography, looks more like curtains and a blind.
