Ok. Somebody PLEASE explain this one to me. I was hoping to get some details after the challenge finished as I am curious. No location, no cool story...

What is this place? Who are the people in the background? What does the title mean?

Everybody has what? Not getting it, sorry. As for the photo it's certainly framed correctly. The subject(s) in the background are interesting in that I wonder what they're up to.
