this is three kangaroos who were very near our house a couple of days ago .. they seem to be getting more relaxed around us .. altho if you get anywhere near them they take off ..
If I'd taken this picture, I would probably have framed very closely on the 'roos. That would have been a mistake, though, as your composition and framing here is infinitely more rewarding. The presence of the animals is not shouted out by this photo, rather it is suggested at first and when the eye finally alights on them, there is a great sense of satisfaction and reward. The context around the kangaroos is great, the lighting is wonderful and I particularly adore the way that the three heads almost seem to be on the same line.
Oh these guys are so cute and curious! They remind me of large rabbits and of the deer that are in my yard. It's the large ears. I've never seen a Kangeroo before, I bet they are a hoot when they run and jump away! You have some huge trees, btw!!
