I really like the way the ice is broken down the center and the trees are framing the upper half of the picture. I found myself covering up the bottom portion of the picture, where the trees stop framing, and I liked it better cropped, but I still love the snow and the way the ice has cracked down the center :D
A cool shot. (No pun intended) Reminds me of a root beer float. Could probably use the colors/contrast punched up a notch to enhance that brown ice and water.
