This is a different view from Morro Bay State Park. Yep, there's that big rock again. The trees to the right belong to a protected rookery. Blue Herons, Black Crowned Night Herons, Egrets and Cormorants all use it for raising their babies. The Blue Herons are the first to mate and I am sure they will start building their nests soon.
