Building seems to be leaning a little bit....I feel I would prefer if you altered the horizon to make the building a little straigter (up and down)...

The color is awefull... You should use Levels to correct the colors. Plus the building looks tilted to the right. The mist is kinda cool however. You should crop it so there's not so much sky above, and so the building is on the right.

This is a very good interpretation of design as it interacts with environment. While I do wonder if the building is tilting just a little bit to the right, the atmospheric conditions give the buildings a special beauty.
