I dont think this picute is very good. As much as I do love Shrek this picture to me isnt really art. I feel like this is a picture that I would randomly take at my house. It doesnt seem like to much thought went into this accept to line all them up in a row and have all the characters from Shrek involved in the picture.
Those are some silly characters! I am not sold on the background and the choice of crop makes it seem stale and flat. Often, shooting straight onto the subject gives a very static feel - more of a perspective shot using angles could really give this subject some pop.
I like the neutral background. For me, it would be more interesting if perhaps the collectibles were groupd differently or if you took the photo from a different angle - maybe looking up or looking down at them.
