Nice B&W convertion on a nicely composed image. As many have propably pointed out it leans to the right. Shots with water and horizont need to be horizontal.

To me, your title indicates that the couple is your subject, and yet it is the scene behind them which is in sharp focus, and the couple is "fuzzy"; therefore the whole intent of the image is lost.

IMO over edited, the dodging and burning makes it look too cartoony. The composition and balance are great though.
