Actually a great shot using depth of field (bokeh) and shutter speed. It's a pity that it's really a bit of a stretch for this challenge.

Nice black & white photo. Good tones. The dog looks like its enjoying itself (and not ready to give back the toy/stick). Lol. I also like the composition and blurred person in the background.
