I have looked at this image a few times now and still struggle with how to score it. I like the colour of the building and the focus is good. I find there isn't enough contrast between the building and the sky and they kind of bleed into each other.I am really not one for overprocessing of the sky, but some burning and added contast may have punched up the building.
