Interesting capture and excellent composition. The yellow/red bucket in the back detracts a little.

Too much going on... should have tried to some in on something more specific like just one of the lathes, etc.

The lines leading up and to the right form an interesting strength for the picture. Also, the single "spot" of yellow and red gives the eyes somewhere to go.

An excellent choice of subject. Unfortunately the scene is rather cluttered and the eye is not drawn to anythign in particular. This is a picture of some lathes rather than a photographic interpretation of design and/or engineering using the lathe as a subject.
